Instructions on How to Use My HVAC Flat Rate or My Plumbing Flat Rate on a Mobile Device

Download and Install Clipper from Google Play Store

  1. Open Clipper
  2. Go to My HVAC Flat Rate Website and Login
  3. Choose Flat Rate Repair by Navigating Thru Steps
  4. At End Use Copy Key to Copy Repair Task and Cost
  5. To Copy Two Tasks Use Previous Button in My HVAC Flat Rate Software and Select Another Task
  6. Then Click Go To Buttons for Either Housecall Pro or Jobber (login if needed)
  7. If Item Input Field Appears Hold Down Finger in Item Input Field or Click on New at Top of Page If Field is Not Available (clicking New should display item input field)
  8. Hold Finger Down on Item Input Field. Paste Will Appear. Click on Paste
  9. To Fill Second Item Go Back To Clipper and Choose Second Copied Task. Then Return to HouseCall Pro or Jobber Using /// at Bottom of Device and Paste Again.
  10. Fill Cost Field with Repair Price
  11. Complete Process Using Housecall Pro or Jobber
